Researcher

Scientific researcher at the CSIC’s Artificial Intelligence Research Institute (IIIA), he holds a Degree in Physics and Computer Science and a PhD from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. 

His research has focused on constraint reasoning and heuristic search, topics on which he has written numerous publications. He has taught and supervised doctoral theses and has carried out service duties for the AI community. He is a Fellow of the European Association for Artificial Intelligence.
