(La Vall de Boí, 1977). Despite his scientific background in biology and biochemistry, he has dabbled with novels and poetry from a young age.
He was among the ten finalists for the 2012 Planeta Prize with the novel El bosque y los árboles [The Forest and the Trees], and his book Lluc was awarded the Armand Quintana Prize for narrative at the XXXIX Calldetenes Literary Awards. In 2021, the novel Els culpables [The Guilty] won the Pin i Soler City of Tarragona Prize for the Novel and was subsequently published by Angle Editorial.
