Independent consultant and researcher in cycling mobility. She holds a PhD from the Centre for Environmental Policy at Imperial College London, and lectures on several undergraduate and master’s programmes. 

She advocates a holistic approach, based on social equity, where not only is infrastructure relevant, but also other dimensions such as education, communication and cultural and social context.
