Anna Surinyach
Photographer
(Barcelona, 1985). Journalist and documentary photographer, her work focuses on documenting population movements and human rights-related issues worldwide. She is the co-founder and graphic editor of Revista 5W.
Surinyach has co-directed the web documentaries Èxodes [Exodus] and Terra sense elles [Land Without Them – Women], which earned the Desalambre Prize 2020 for best multimedia work. In 2023, she was awarded the Montserrat Roig grant for promoting journalistic research with the project “Joves i grans ben acompanyats” [Well Supported Youth and Seniors].
