The stage at Palau de la Música

A guided tour and a small format piano concert at Palau de la Música

Scheduled to take place at the end of July and throughout September.

Guided tours to Palau de la Música are scheduled to take place throughout the year. This building, which was designed by Lluís Domènech i Montaner, is an icon of Catalan modernism and one of the most beautiful in the city, as well as being the site of important historical events during the 20th century, and it’s hardly strange that is attracts both music lovers and people interested in art and architecture. This summer, the Palau is offering a new way of exploring the building in depth in the shape of guided tours that culminate in a 15-minute piano concert.

The tours, which are given in Spanish, French and English, last almost an hour and will take place at the end of July and throughout September. During the visits, the tour guide will offer explanations on the architecture of the building and the sculptures that can be seen in the concert hall. The tours will visit the different spaces in the building before culminating in an exclusive piano concert featuring pieces by Mozart and Wagner, as well as some well-known film scores.

Places on the tours are limited and advance booking is recommended. Additional information and booking are available at the following link
