Every Thursday, beginning in September, the centre's Fàbrica de Creació will host a weekly concert by a local indie artist, beginning with Pavvla.
The Fàbrica de Creació at Fabra i Coats clearly has a firm commitment to music. This creative space in the Sant Andreu neighbourhood hosts festivals like BAM, Mira and Jazzing, as well as a regular programme of concerts in a variety of styles and formats. And the centre is going further in that direction with a new cycle of concerts beginning on 7 September, which aims to be a showcase for emerging talent on the local indie scene.
The cycle is titled Concerts Pròxims, and the idea of proximity is key to the undertaking. First up is singer-songwriter Pavvla, followed by Pol Fuentes (14 September), Molly Burch (21 September) and Sant Miquel (28 September). Further details are expected soon.
You'll find more information and ticket sales on the Fabra i Coats website.
