On October 3, CosmoCaixa intends "Nit Jove, Nit dels Drones", a fascinating approach to these small aerial vehicles, with live demonstrations of drones flight and its applications
Flight demonstrations, samples of new applications and visionary deployment of the past and present of the drones: Nit Jove, Nit dels Drones concentrates the view of the best aeronautical engineers today, to procure a unique experience.
The drones, officially called RPAS (by the acronym of "remotely piloted aircraft systems'), are being used widely in various civilian sectors. The small size and the fact of being directed by pilots remotely make them ideal for activities such as environmental monitoring, crop and electric facilities and filming events from the air, and can be excellent allies to tragedies like forest fires, natural disasters or medical emergencies.
This event, which can be seen in CosmoCaixa the night of October 3, aims to provide testimony to the fun that can result from high technologies.
In Nit Jove, Nit dels Drones, we can see flying displays with continuous demonstrations and have the opportunity to be served by people directly involved in the projects on display, in addition to discover firsthand the technology behind, and find their application in different contexts and projects, or even imagine their future in an open space about the application of futuristic ideas .
