The DGTL Festival lands in Parc Del Forum on 14 and 15 August
The first edition of the festival born in Netherlands comes to Barcelona with an awesome line up, which includes names like Maceo Plex and John Talabot
The DGTL Festival, based in Amsterdam, is an event recognized by its whole concept of music, art and sustainability program.
In its first edition in Barcelona, DGTL Festival brings a line up of true myths of contemporary domestic and foreign electronics, among which are Henrik Schwarz, John Talabot, Maceo Plex, Ben Klok, Agoria, Paco Osuna, Begun, Pearson Sound or George Fitzgerald, till complete a list of 40 artists.
For this debut in Barcelona, the festival takes Parc del Forum headquarters, the place where video-art exhibitions, sample design stage and lighting, as well as progress on sustainability will be seen.
In order to become the most sustainable festival in history within five years, each edition chooses a revolutionary issue: this year's event in Barcelona focuses on the issue of plastic waste. DGTL will launch an intensive program of collection, sorting and recycling of all plastics used during the festival.
