After 26 of absence, the cabaret troupe is returning to Barcelona with a show featuring more than 50 artists.
The Tropicana Club, one of the most famous and iconic nightclubs and cabaret venues in the world, has been open since the beginning of the 20th century in Havana, Cuba. From time to time, the club’s top performers tour the world in the form of Cabaret Tropicana, taking the essence of Cuban music and dance with them wherever they go.
Now, after an absence of 26 years, the troupe is back in Barcelona at Teatre Apolo from 1 to 31 August with a colourful, spectacular show featuring over 50 artists, directed by Juan Armando Pérez Sánchez, also known as "Jimagua", an icon in the world of Cuban music and dance, who is responsible for the success of the company in recent years.
