Artistic partnerships in the SAT
"Dancing Partners 2" brings together several companies, including the brilliant Thomas Noone, in Espai Dansat! November 20 and 21
Four different pieces by four European dance companies make the shared agenda of the second edition of Dancing Partners, a project of international artistic exchange.
The four participating companies could not hoard more quality: English Company Chameleon, the Swedish Norrdans, Italian Spellbound and especially the Catalan company promoter of the experience, Thomas Noone Dance.
The project Dancing Partners rises from the desire to offer all kinds of public dance pieces, very accessible in terms of language and staging. The result is a varied and exciting evening that take the pulse of some of the hottest scenic spots in Europe.
The four shows that take scene this weekend of dance, Hands Down by Company Chameleon, Small Crime and Controfase by Spellbound Contemporary Ballet and Chapters of Little Prince by Norrdans, are short pieces that are characterized by a very rigorous dance, technical and fluid at the same time.
As parallel activities Dancing Partners features video projections work with companies in the hall of the theater after each performance on Friday 22 , and a post-function conference with companies that will take place on Saturday 21.
