Ferran Adrià and elBulli, in the Palau Robert

The most international chef in Catalonia and his well-known restaurant will have their own exhibition in the Palau Robert  for one year and a day.

“Ferran Adrià i elBulli. Risc, llibertat i creativitat” (Ferran Adrià and elBulli. Risk, Freedom and Creativity) will run from February 2nd to February 3rd 2013 and will be a run-through of the 5 times running considered world’s best restaurant’s history. And also, of course, of the chef that made it possible and stood for the restaurant in the public eye.

ElBulli closed its doors last July in order to become elBullifoundation, a change that has lead the restaurant to be a centre of gastronomic experimentation and innovation, which results will be revealed in 2014.

That will to innovate gave elBulli its reputation and prestige, along with its present activities, will be part of this exhibition which will be officially open on January 31st in the presence of Catalonian Government’s President Artur Mas, after being presented to the press by, among others, Ferran Adrià himself.

Parallel to the exhibition, the Palau Robert will offer many activities also related to gastronomy and addressed to students of all educational levels and catering schools.
