A guided tour in a previous edition of the Docfield Festival

Guided tours of Docfield 2017

The tours will be held on Thursday afternoons and on Sundays mornings until November 26.

October 19 saw the opening of the 2017 edition of the Docfield documentary photography exhibition, the first time that it has been held in autumn. The festival is divided into different routes and spaces, among them Palau Robert, Espai Mercè Sala, the University of Barcelona, FNAC Triangle, CCCB, the Pati Llimona Civic Center, Arts Santa Mònica and the Maritime Museum of Barcelona. There will even be images on display in the Rambla.

This promises, therefore, to be a mega-exhibition, and if you don’t want to miss a single detail you’d better count on the aid of an expert guide. That is why one of the possibilities offered by the festival is to carry out a guided visit in the company of a person who will explain the most outstanding exhibits on display in this year’s edition. These guided visits are scheduled to take place on Thursdays from 6.30 a.m. to 8 p.m., and on Sundays from 11.30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Places are limited, so it is advisable to book your visit in advance. The last one will be on Sunday 26 November.
