TuerCo Inc. introduced its “Tan-Tán” project to the Angular Beers community

The event, which featured the collaboration of the Institute of Culture, was held at the Palau de la Virreina

The Palau de la Virreina hosted the presentation last friday of the Tan-Tán project by the company TuerCo Inc. in front of the Angular Beers communitya meeting of developers that aims to integrate different communities to make plans to help improve society. "The team of TuerCo Inc. was one of the first members who came to participate in Angular Beers and we believe it was a good moment to show the Tan-Tán project but also to explain how they have done it, what technologies they used, what problems they encountered and what type of decisions they had to take during the project." said David Pich, Angular Beers member. Following the presentation, the attendees continued networking at a nearby bar. The feedback from the Angular Beers' meetup was very positive.

Tan-Tán, the first project of TuerCo Inc., is a platform for contemporary art. With it, artists and institutions (such as museums or galleries) can find tools to improve communication, visibility of what they do, optimize management and have an overview of what is happening in the art world. "The goal of Tan-Tán is to simplify life for those working in this sector," said TuerCo Inc. In 2014, the project was selected in the first Open Call for CreatiFI, a project by the European Union aiming to accelerate projects in the creative industries using the technology fiware.
