TEB is granted by Direcció de Creativitat i Innovació to improve the education it offers

Raval and new technologies are the basic working elements of the project ‘En Xarxa, una experiència pre-laboral’-Networking, a pre-labour experience- by Associació per a Joves TEB. The organization has been working, for years, on bringing technology closer to young people in the area, with a work methodology which they have been adapting to new technological updates, to provide partakers with tools to access labour market or self-employment.

As a result of this experience TEB has implemented a formation scheme based on re-enrollment into the educational system. A group of actions based both on formation and training, and monitoring towards the educational system. This also includes training activities in companies.

Last winter, Direcció de Creativitat i Innovació granted TEB with 487€ to sustain their programme. A grant which was applied for to improve infrastructures at the venue where they work, buy Arduino kits to have workshops on the technology, and material needed for multimedia classes.

All to offer partakers the chance to use technologies which develop creativity in an attractive and motivating way. ‘We think of a workshop as a laboratory, a classroom and a meeting point at once, a place to share ideas and concerns, where students get to know each other and we help produce opportunities in one of the careers with better future prospects: robotics programming'. people responsible for TEB exposed.
