Special film concert, featuring Charles Chaplin’s film “The Kid”
The classical comedy performed by the English actor is shown on Friday 17th of July at Cinema Club Sala Montjuïc, accompanied by a live performance of the original soundtrack
The Catalan Chamber Orchestra is in charge of interpreting of the original soundtrack The Kid, composed by Charles Robert. In the beautiful surroundings of the Sala Montjuic, the spectators enjoy this classical movie, directed and interpreted by Charles Chaplin.
This is one of the jewels of the cinema, first played in 1921. Chaplin is interpreting a trump Charlot, who is trying to help an abandoned child.
The film comes with inter titles in English and Spanish subtitles and will be presented by the cinema critic Quim Casas,
