Shop, eat and chill to the best of black music
Van Van Market and Lost&Found are planning a joint market complete with a programme of music focused on blues and soul
Markets, especially alternative or themed markets where people come to swap useful items and try some street food, are becoming ever more popular. And two of Barcelona’s most consolidated alternative markets have now decided to get together to hold a joint event. Van Van Market, which specialises in street food, and Lost&Found, where you can find second hand stalls with curios, clothes, books and records will be putting on their joint market at Antiga Fàbrica Estrella Damm on 29 and 30 April.
And you’ll find more than stalls there. The event will also feature Black Music Van Van, a black music festival that aims to make your visit more dynamic by accompanying it with good music. On Saturday there will be performances by blues and soul bands, alternating with DJ sessions by A Contra Blues, Koko-Jean & The Tonics and Enma Fernández, among others.
Admission is free. It’s the perfect way to enjoy a great weekend in good company and with good vibes.
