Red Clash, a digital manager for artists and creative organizations

This mobile application was one of the winners, together with Common Locals, the Apps & Culture award recently given by the Department of Creativity and Innovation of the ICUB

The Design Hub recently hosted the awards ceremony of the third edition of the Apps&Cultura, a competition of ideas for applications that promote citizens' access to culture and that help the creative industry professionals. The event, organized by Direcció de Creativitat i Innovació de l’ICUB, awarded the Red Clash project, an app that functions as a digital manager for artists and creative organizations. The purpose of this application is to guide users in order to enhance their careers and their businesses.

A manager is the person who guides the artists and provides concerts and contacts. Red Clash doesn’t pretend to replace the figure of the manager, but rather be an orientation motor. This application will allow the artists themselves to achieve a better understanding of  which path to follow in order to push their career forward. The Red Clash app will provide data, recommendations, locals and contact with other users of the application.

"Although we started this project a year and a half ago, participating in the Apps & Culture competition has been very useful. The event has allowed us to strengthen some aspects of the plan of marketing and customer relations. We have accelerated in these areas and we have improve the project a lot" explained Red Clash creators. According to the company, "Winning the Apps & Culture award allows us to continue with a project in which we believe a lot." "This award gives us a strong push in promoting the project and facing the sector itself, as it is very important to them that the Department of Creativity and Innovation of the ICUB have supported us." Red Clash says.
