"Non-Stop Gospel" in the Teatre Condal

From the 3rd to the 14th of June the Gospel Viu Choir will present Non-Stop Gospel in the Teatre Condal - the formation's riskiest, most energetic and innovative proposal to date. Led by Moisès Sala, the production begins a new chapter for the formation, and one that can be characterised by more intense rhythms and a clear tendency towards powerful, electrifying funk.

Non-Stop Gospel is an attempt to explore urban, street gospel on an emotional level by introducing a participative dynamic with the audience – a performance of one and a half hours that is apt for all ages and which increases in intensity as it progresses and is notable, above all, for its natural, spontaneous nature.

Participants in the show include the customary members of The Gospel Viu Choir accompanied by Joan Carles Dusat on the drums, Bernat Guàrdia on bass, Francesc Ubanell on the guitar, Xavier Dotras on keyboards and Àlex Carbonnel on the Hammond organ. The Teatre Condal will offer a total of eight performances.
