Music in the Parks

The city’s green spaces are venues for free concerts in the Music in the Parks cycle.

Barcelona is a great city for enjoying open spaces and the outdoors. From Wednesday the 8th of June to the 31st of August, the city's green spaces will become venues for free concerts in the Music in the Parks cycle. It’s a great way of getting to know the city’s natural spaces and enjoying some music. The Music in the Parks cycle features 47 concerts in different styles, including classical music, jazz, blues, choirs and ensembles from music schools and orchestras. The opening concert will take place on June the 11th at Vil·la Cecília gardens, and the closing concert will be on August 31st at Clot Park.

The concerts will take place in 27 of the city’s green spaces: Parc de la Ciutadella, Jardins de Vil·la Cecília, Parc de les Aigües in Guinardó, Turó Park, Jardins de La Tamarita, Jardins de la Primavera, Parc Central de Nou Barris, Jardins del Pou de la Figuera, Jardins de la Font dels Ocellets, Jardins de Montbau, Jardins de Gaietà Renom, Plaça del Duc de Medinaceli, Jardins de Can Brasó, Jardins de Josep Goday i Casals, Parc de Joan Miró, Parc de l'Estació del Nord, Pantà de Vallvidrera, Jardins d’Ernest Lluch, Jardins de Manuel J. Arnalot, Jardins de Rubió i Lluch, Parc de la Creueta del Coll, Jardins de la Mediterrània, Jardins de Tete Montoliu, Jardins de Can Mantega, Parc de la Trinitat, Jardins del Turó del Putxet and Parc del Clot.
