Microlife. Beyond the human eye

Microlife Cosmocaixa's eshibition shows different, strange and beautiful living beings

Thanks to some beautiful images of microscopic beings increased from 500 to over 10,000 times, Microlife exhibition reveals the beauty and importance of microscopy in the study of life. The exhibition offers a historical overview of the developments in the field of optics and microscopy specifically, while teaches the basics of these disciplines.

On May 18, on the occasion of the Night of teh Museums the MicroNight will also take place. It will consist of a full program of exhibits and demonstrations, lectures and workshops which will allow us to get into the microworld and see with our own eyes things that we never imagined that could exist.

Workshop on manipulation and observation through magnifying glasses and microscopes.

Lecture and demonstrations of advanced microscopy techniques in collaboration with OLYMPUS and Microscopy Service of the UAB.
