Luxemburg, the star of the Be My Guest cycle by Caprichos de Apolo
Be My Guest is set to bring us two of the most promising and exciting bands to come out of Luxemburg: Say Yes Dog and Sun Glitters.
For some time now, the Caprichos de Apolo cycle at Sala Apolo has been bringing us some of the most interesting bands from the alternative scene around the world. On this occasion, Be My Guest is bringing us two of the most promising and exciting bands from Luxemburg - Say Yes Dog and Sun Glitters – on Friday 22nd of January. Say Yes Dog released their first EP in 2013, which sold two thousand copies and whose homonymous title track became a hit. Since then, the band has played a hundred gigs in all types of venues throughout Europe, including the Great Escape in the UK and Barcelona’s Primavera Sound Festival.
The other band, Sun Glitters is the luminous electronic project of the Luxemburg musician Victor Ferreira. After debuting in 2011, he has played in clubs and at festivals all over Europe and has drawn the attention of prestigious publications like Dazed & Confused, BBC, Resident Advisor, and Earmilk XLR8R.
