Final Gala of the 2nd edition of the LCI Barcelona Fashion Film Festival

The gala performance will place on Thursday 25 October at the Barcelona Design Museum.

The Barcelona Fashion Film Festival (BFFF) debuted last year with the intention of fostering young and emerging talent in audiovisual production within the fashion industry. Following the success of the first edition, this year sees a name change to the LCI Barcelona Fashion Film Festival in recognition of the support of the LCI Barcelona fashion school. More than 200 proposals from around the world were received in response to an open call and from 7.30pm on 25 October all the projects will be screened, the winning works will be announced and awards will be given out at the Barcelona Design Museum.

In addition to the pre-existing awards like best fashion film, best fashion film by new talent, best fashion, best fashion by new talent, best idea, best idea by new talent, best photography and best photography by new talent, this year sees the addition of awards for best art direction and best art direction by new talent. The jury is made up of renowned professionals from various sectors, including fashion film director Víctor Claramunt, actress Mariona Ribas, fashion designer Toni Miró, 080 designer Krizia Robustella and Pilar Velez, the Director of the Barcelona Design Museum. The weeks running up to the gala will see a number of activities, such as workshops and presentations related to the field of fashion, cinema and advertising.

The gala is open to everyone and you only need to purchase a ticket, which costs €5 if you book before 21 October, and €15 if you buy it after that. Additional information is available at the following link.
