L'Alternativa returns with the best independent cinema
The 22nd edition of the Festival of Independent Cinema in Barcelona diversifies screenings and activities from 16 to 22 November
The 22nd edition of the Festival de Cinema Independent de Barcelona, L'Alternativa is back in Barcelona. event that aims to make visible what is hidden, giving the public and professionals a unique opportunity to discover and enjoy the screenings and activities that advocate diversity, creativity, freedom, commitment and reflection.
L'Alternativa splits into two competitive sections at L'Alternativa oficials, divided into the categories of feature films and shorts. Furthermore, the section L'Alternativa Paral·leles presents tributes, premieres, works of little-known and new film-makers, film panorama national family program. This year, the parallel section includes retrospectives of the work of Argentinean director Lucrecia Martel and the pilot, writer, producer and political film director Hubert Sauper. Sauper will visit L'Alternativa 2015 and will offer a master class about The art of documentary filmmaking, where he will talk about his work.
Moreover, L'Alternativa Hall offers free programming, rich and diverse, the CCCB Hall.

In this case, L'Alternativa Activitats offers creative workshops, master classes, and round tables that open a space for debate.
