Jardins de Pedralbes Festival 2016
Patti Smith, José González and Tom Jones are among the highlights of this year’s edition
The Jardins de Pedralbes Festival is back for another year with a bill containing some of the top names on the International music scene including José González, who has become an icon of the indie singer-songwriter world, and Toquinho and Maria Creuza, who became famous with the legendary album they recorded with Vinicius de Moraes, a poet and one of the creators of bossa nova, in Buenos Aires, in the café concert hall La Fusa in 1970.
Also on the bill is jazz virtuoso George Benson and Spanish musician and celebrity Miguel Bosé. Also, on the 19th and 20th of June, the Orquestra Simfònica del Vallès will be playing the soundtrack from Spielberg’s classic film Raiders of the Lost Ark. And that’s not to mention names like Patti Smith, Tom Jones and M83…
