The dialogue is always about sharing experiences, openness to new collaborations as well as visions of consolidated industry professionals. FIU is a meeting point of inspiration and references for students where they can address concerns they may have for the future as well as a hub for companies interested in creativehunting. The Disseny Hub Barcelona is the chosen place to give information to all young people who have decided to develop their first major semi-professional experience and is as such  representative of the design world in Barcelona.

FIU*DATING is an unprecedented activity in Barcelona in a 7x7x7 format: 7 professionals, 7 attendees (pre-registered via open call) for 7 minutes. It creates synergies between students and masters who advise and offer input on the portfolio of future professionals. The masters that participate are Bunkertype, Mucho Bcn, Device, Oscar Guayabero, Conrad Roset, Lagranja y Cocolia. The result is an initiative by students for students that also provides for companies seeking creative and emerging talent. FIU Barcelona presents an ideal space in which to share experiences, to network and innovate format and content in a relaxed, fun and friendly environment.

Students moved by the desire to promote this movement  and with previous experience in the industry, decided to create FIU: an unprecedented event in Barcelona with the intention of showcasing all these emerging young creatives who often do not receive the attention they deserve. This event aims at being a tool that causes a before and after effect in the philosophy of creative-hunting locally. FIU is powered creative talent. Through www.ulule.com/fiubarcelona/  it seeks to realize a series of micro-patronages to meet various expenses such as communication, production and adaptation of space.
