Gran Gala Flamenco

Top quality flamenco at Teatre Poliorama

For three days only in August, the Gran Gala Flamenco will explore the greatest moments and the major musical forms of the genre.

Flamenco is an art form and culture that operates on two levels: firstly, it's a form of expression that communicates intensity and passion with great force in a way that easily understandable for everyone; in second place, it's a complex artform with important internal differentiations that need to be understood in order to perform it. If you're interested in finding out more about this unique art form, consider attending one of the three Gran Gala Flamenco dates scheduled at Teatre Poliorama.

These performances will offer insights on the main musical forms of flamenco, with live dancing and an amazing line-up of musicians that includes Chicuelo and El Tati on guitar, Jacobo Sánchez on percussion, Carlos Caro on violin and the voices of Raúl Leiva and Amador Joaquín 'El Duende'. The dancers will be Eli Ayala, María José González, Nacho Blanco and Iván Alcalá, working under the stage direction of Alcalá.

You'll find more information on the Poliorama website, where you can also buy tickets.
