First Creative Programming Meeting in Barcelona

A space for training, research and experimentation in the field of generative visuals

The first Creative Programming meeting took place from 12th to 15th March organized by collectives MIRA, Telenoika and ZZZINC with the aim of promoting and exchanging knowledge between the different actors involved in the visual arts and new media scene.

Participants had the opportunity to see the different possibilities within creative programming as well as further development of advanced techniques for generative visuals. A range of technologies, such as the synchronization of music and visuals or computer graphics are discussed.

The meeting, which was held in the Telenoika headquarters (on Calle Sant Pau de Barcelona), was attended by Oscar Sol, an artist that taught the introductory workshop on Jitter for video manipulation and creation of generative visuals. Luis Sanz, Roman Torre, Sergio Albiac and Madurell Eloi also attended to present their projects and steer the debate on creation and creative programming.
