Canibal Sound System to celebrate its 15th anniversary with a collective concert

Lagrimas de Sangre, Roba Estesa and Sra. Tomasa, among many others, will be performing.

Canibal Sound System is the name of the celebration that takes place every Wednesday night at Sala Apollo. For the last 15 years, the concert hall has been filling up once a week with people looking to have fun to a soundtrack that mixes up reggae, dancehall, Balkan, hip hop, ska, rock, world music and plenty of other genres. To celebrate this anniversary, the venue will be hosting a collective concert featuring many of the groups that have been part of the history of Canibal Sound System. Presented by Marga Mbande, the night will be animated by Lagrimas de Sangre, Roba Estesa, Sra. Tomasa, Adala & the Same Song Band, Suu, Santo Machango and two secret shows. In addition, there’ll be a mapping spectacle designed by NOTme and live painting by Kram.

All of this will take place at Sala Apolo from 6pm on 31 October. The other performers on the programme are Purple Rockets, Daddy Sevi, Paula Bu, King Horror, Alex Bass and LuV Messenger & Dancers. At 3am it’ll be time for Andy Loop and other DJs like Txarnegö, Rude Teo, Karlixx and plenty more.

Tickets costing €15 are now available for purchase at the Sala Apolo website.
