The call to the National Innovation and Design Awards 2015 has gone out

The Spanish Ministry of Economy and Finance has decided to call the National Innovation and Design Awards, after they were cancelled last year. Interested participants may register through the web until next March 18 at 15h.

Certainly, to reconvene these awards are good news for the world of design and innovation from our country, because it is the highest recognition given to industry in Spain.

Renowned designers like Óscar Mariné, Carlos Rolando, Alberto Corazón, Javier Mariscal and Juan Gatti are some the winners in previous editions. Or Pablo Martín designer from Study Design By Atlas, author of the graphic identity and signage system the Design Hub Barcelona, which was one of the winners in the 2013 edition.

The 2015 edition includes next modalities:

Innovative Path Award, which distinguishes prestigious entrepreneurs in business who have developed their work at least 10 years and in highlighting the pursuit and implementation of innovation.

Innovative Public Procurement Award, which rewards organizations that have successfully used the mechanism of public procurement as a means to foster innovation.

Innovation Internationalization Award, it will be given to companies that have successfully introduced innovative Spanish products in the international market.

Professionals Designer Award, it will award recognized professionals with a career of at least 15 years of experience in the design world.

Enterprise Designer Award, this award recognizes companies that have a consolidated career.
