Intellectual property

The photographic material on this website has been provided by Colita and the Barcelona Photographic Archive for the purpose of commemorating the anniversary of the 1977 demonstration in Barcelona in favour of LGBTI rights.

Any reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation of these images that falls outside the definition of activities directly authorised under Spain's Act on Intellectual Property shall require the holder's authorisation.

Collective participation

This website features testimonials (text, images or videos) of people who want to explain what the 1977 pro-LGBTI rights demonstration in Barcelona meant to them. By accessing the participation space “Leave your own testimonial” we consider that you accept all the conditions of use therein described.

Specifically, once you have provided your testimonial, you will be consenting to the use of this content by Barcelona City Council. It will be published on this website and its reproduction will be promoted for non-commercial purposes, as provided for in the licence Creative Commons BY/ND/NC (v4).

In accordance with Spain's Framework Act 15/1999, of 13 December, on Personal Data Protection, we hereby inform you that your personal details will be included in Barcelona City Council's Citizen participation file, for the purposes of managing the testimonials received.

Please bear in mind that if you complete the fields “name”, “surname(s)” and “age”, these data will be published on the website next to the text, image or video you provide as a testimonial.
